Autogenic Training:
- is a very powerful and highly effective method of relaxation, stress reduction and promotion of homeostatic ( rebalancing) mechanisms to promote optimal mind-body functioning ;
- Is easy to learn;
- requires no special gear or clothing;
- is part of an optimal life-style which includes health promoting behaviours.
Autogenic Training is not suitable for everyone; therefore Pre-AT Assessment is mandatory for acceptance on an Autogenic Training programme.
Following AT pre assessment GP/ Physician approval is required;
Commitment to full the Autogenic Training programme is required;
